A trial session is highly recommended and should take place 4–6 weeks before the wedding. That gives us enough time to try out different looks, coordinate everything with your veil and hair accessories and make any changes. The trial session can be booked as an optional extra for €100 — whether for a registry office wedding or a big wedding celebration.
Yes, of course! We're happy to come to you — to your hotel, your venue or your home. The travel fee within the Hamburg area is €30–50; for the surrounding region we agree the costs with you individually.
Our bridal styling is designed to last all day and all evening — from the civil ceremony to the last dance. We only use long-lasting products such as waterproof mascara and professional setting spray. Our complete package also includes a touch-up on the wedding day.

Yes — as a mobile bridal stylist I come straight to your home, your hotel or your wedding venue in Hamburg, Norderstedt, Ahrensburg, Pinneberg, Harburg, Bergedorf and Lüneburg, and up to around 100 km around Hamburg. The travel fee within the Hamburg area is €30–50; for the surrounding region by arrangement. That way your getting ready is relaxed and stress-free — a real advantage over a hair salon appointment.
I recommend booking your bridal styling 3–6 months in advance — especially in the wedding season from May to September, weekends book up quickly. After booking we arrange the trial session about 4–6 weeks before the wedding day, so we can calmly fine-tune the perfect bridal look, wedding hairstyle and bridal makeup.

Registry office styling at Farah Beauty is deliberately more understated than full wedding styling: more natural makeup without heavy smoky eyes, an elegant but simpler hairstyle (half-up, low bun or messy updo) and a shorter process of around 1.5 hours instead of 2–2.5. Civil ceremonies in Hamburg usually take place on weekdays; popular locations are Standesamt Mitte (Rathaus), Standesamt Eimsbüttel, Standesamt Altona, Villa Hochdorf and Villa Blankenese. Prices start from €180 for makeup + hair combined. On request, a touch-up kit is brought along for the church or evening celebration.
Yes, Farah Beauty creates styling for henna nights (Persian), Kına Gecesi (Turkish), Arab henna nights and engagement parties — always in keeping with the tradition. The henna night is more colourful and expressive than the wedding day itself: deep red and gold tones, elaborate braided hairstyles with gold jewellery, dramatic eyeshadow. For engagement parties (Bale, Nişan, Khutbah) an elegant, slightly more understated look is chosen. Duration 1.5–2 hours per person. Appointments take place at your home, in Hamburg event venues or restaurants, e.g. in Wandsbek, Billstedt, Altona or Harburg. Prices are calculated individually — enquire at /en/contact.
Yes, Farah Beauty has experience with Muslim brides and respects religious wishes regarding privacy and styling. Two typical options: first, full styling including an updo for the private getting ready with family and friends before the hijab is put on — ideal for photos in a protected setting. Second, a focus on makeup plus artful hijab draping with pins, underscarf and jewellery at the edge. Appointments take place exclusively in women-only spaces at your home in Hamburg, e.g. in Harburg, Wilhelmsburg, Billstedt or Wandsbek. Farahnaz speaks German and Persian. You're welcome to message us in English on WhatsApp – we use translation tools, and we agree on your look in advance using your inspiration photos, so everything is clear before the appointment. The deposit of €20 per person (maximum €50 in total, even for several people) is generally non-refundable at Farah Beauty. Once the deposit is received, your wedding date is firmly reserved in the calendar and blocked for all other requests — for weddings typically 6–12 months in advance. As slots that become free at short notice can rarely be re-booked, the deposit is forfeited in full in the event of cancellation, regardless of timing and with no option to move the appointment to another date. Four clear differences: first, cultural depth — Farahnaz Teymuri was born in Tehran, has lived in Hamburg since 2015 and speaks German and Persian. You're welcome to message us in English on WhatsApp – we use translation tools, and we agree on your look in advance using your inspiration photos, so everything is clear before the appointment. Wedding traditions such as Sofreh Aghd, Kına Gecesi and henna night are familiar from many years of working with international clients in Hamburg. Second, a purely mobile service: no detour to a salon — instead, getting ready at your home or hotel in Altona, Winterhude or HafenCity. Third, transparent prices from €350 for the complete package, trial session optional (€100). Fourth, premium products from MAC, Dior, Charlotte Tilbury and NARS — the same quality as in Hamburg's big salons.
The trial session at Farah Beauty takes about 2–2.5 hours and takes place 4–6 weeks before the wedding at your home in Hamburg. We test the complete wedding hairstyle and bridal makeup based on inspiration photos, the colour of your dress and your skin type. Ideally, bring five things: your bridal jewellery (earrings, necklace), veil or hair accessories, 2–3 inspiration photos, a light-coloured top in the shade of your dress and your favourite lipsticks or foundations. That way there are no surprises on your wedding morning in Altona, Eimsbüttel or Blankenese. The trial session can be booked as an option for €100 and is not deducted from the complete package.
In 2026 our Hamburg brides especially love low buns with soft waves, Hollywood waves, romantic curls and the classic chignon. Updos with an integrated veil are also very popular. At the trial session we show you current trend looks and discuss what suits your wedding dress and style.
On request we support brides before the wedding day with individual beauty advice — for example on their skincare routine, the right way to apply makeup or choosing the right look. Personal beauty coaching is available by arrangement and is especially useful for brides who want to do their own touch-ups.
Complete bridal styling (hair and makeup) usually takes 2 to 3 hours. For elaborate updos or particularly detailed looks we allow up to 3.5 hours. We start so that you're completely ready 30 to 60 minutes before the first important moment (registry office, ceremony or photo shoot).
We arrive with complete professional equipment: makeup chair, ring light, all hair tools (ghd, dyson), premium makeup products (MAC, Charlotte Tilbury, NARS, Giorgio Armani), setting spray, touch-up kit and hair accessories to try on. You don't need to prepare anything — a chair with enough daylight is all it takes.
